  1. Love that you are doing this again! This is my goal when I'm back up and going.

  2. Love this quote! I've been meaning to take better care of myself for the past couple of years and have been inspired by you to also start walking everyday starting on my 41st birthday in a couple of weeks. No distance commitment just a minimum of 15 minutes. I can spare myself 15 minutes a day right?! Happy belated Birthday!
